I am always apprehensive of people with the exception of the service team lead by Deana and the sales staff. Everyone is so welcoming, helpful, and there is absolutely no pressure. I love how as you sit in the waiting area you can hear the level of respect and helpfulness extends to every customer. My last visit in June 2026 was especially pleasant because I was greeted in the bay and once entering the service desk. Deana explained the changes to me in current service charges as well as recommendations for the next two services. These things are important to me as I prefer to plan for expenses as opposed to being shocked. Also, my vehicle was delivered to me before the expected time.
