“WARNING: DO NOT TRUST LORI OR 95 MOTORS WE WERE MISLED ABOUT A MAJOR ACCIDENT VEHICLE AND OUR NEGATIVE REVIEW WAS DELETED My husband bought a car from 95 Motors in Virginia two years ago, and it has been one of the worst experiences we’ve ever dealt with. Since the day the car left the lot, it has had nonstop issues and cost us thousands of dollars in repairs. When we purchased the vehicle, we were specifically told it had only been in a “minor accident.” That turned out to be completely false. After continuing to have serious problems with the car and putting so much money into fixing it, we later found out the vehicle had actually been involved in a MAJOR accident. Multiple people who worked on the car confirmed how severe the previous damage was. What’s even more concerning is that a negative review was posted immediately after the vehicle was purchased, and Lori openly claimed she didn’t care because she pays people to get negative reviews deleted. Sure enough, the review disappeared. People deserve to know the truth before trusting this dealership with their money. This experience has been stressful, expensive, and incredibly disappointing. Lori was dishonest and misleading about the true condition and history of the vehicle, and I would strongly caution anyone thinking about buying a car from here. Please do your own research, get an independent mechanic to inspect any vehicle before purchasing, and do not rely solely on what you are told here. I truly hope this review stays up so other people can avoid going through the same nightmare.”

“Mike, the owner, has been extremely kind and transparent throughout this entire process. It was my first time buying a car myself (well, me and my boyfriend, but he's even less of a car person than me lol). I made the mistake of coming to get a vehicle on a day where I had a ton of other stuff to do and so I didn't notice a pretty critical detail: the car's taillights didn't work. I called them and they immediately offered to let me bring it back up and take a look, and I did that today, and they fixed it ASAP. They even offered to compensate me for a new inspection sticker and lunch, since we were spending a lot of time here and I came from 1.5 hours away. This place does not do inspections themselves but rather contracts it out to elsewhere, and they are the ones that fudged the inspection, so I don't blame 95 Motors for that. Even so, they offered to comp the inspection cost for a new sticker. They could have easily told me "hey you signed the as-is papers, that's that" but they did not, and were extremely sympathetic and willing to work with me (even though my grandfather tagged along against my will and was a bit ruder than I would have liked 😅). Not to mention, I got a pretty sick car, so on top of the excellent service, I am VERY pleased with the '21 Mustang convertible and even more pleased with the service. They'll help you out- just make sure to reach out to Mike directly if you need anything :)”

In and out of the dealership within an hour or so. They were even so kind as to do maintenance, update some features to my car, and help out with other requests I had.
