âI would not recommend this dealership. Iâve had issues from the beginning. Starting with the initial purchase where I wasnât told the car I was buying wasnât the initial one I agreed upon until I was about to sign and saw it was more expensive and I had to ask why there was a price jump. I was then told it was a different car that had more miles, worse condition and an additional owner. I was then told to comeback the following day to pick up the car and had to wait an additional 4 hours to receive it after being told it was âjust being washedâ and would be right out. It was clear they found a problem and was not being forthcoming. They then told me to bring the car back to fix something pertaining to my hazards and upon further diagnostics it was an issue with my air. All of which I found out after constant back and forth and advocating for myself. My car was in the shop for almost 3 weeks with little to no communication or follow-up until I complained. They did resolve the issue however they neglected to mention I needed new brake pads. Keep in mind this was my 3rd month into having the vehicle and my car was inspected by them MULTIPLE TIMES. This resulted in my brake pads completely wearing out what was to me overnight because I was completely unaware and had only had my car back not even a month from them just having it in their possession. My brake caliper was completely broken because of this. I had such a poor experience at this place I took my car to be looked at by another technician where he informed me that I should have been notified of the condition of my brake and whoever was doing work on my car had no integrity and he was astonished by how things were done on a mechanical side. There are some nice salesman and employees that present nice but it is very apparent to me they will do whatever to make a sale.â

âRick Case Mazda in Duluth is the place to buy your next car. Ask for Steven. Heâs not pushy, he listens to your needs and wants, and heâs goes up and beyond to get you the best deal. Iâve bought 10 cars in my lifetime and this time it was for my daughterâs first car. She got to witness a great car buying experience thanks to everyone at Rick Case Mazda in Duluth.â

âFrom start to finish everyone was exceptional! Had purchased my 2 previous vehicles from Rick Case Kia and Hyundai respectively so when I decided to look at the CX lines from Mazda, I naturally came here. I met with Jose and he had a great demeanor and offered a great deal of information and clarity for my questions. Over the course of our conversation I was able to work out a better idea of which vehicle and pakage fit my needs. He did a fantastic job of listening to my queries, offering options based specifically on what I was looking for and then being silent while I formulated an opinion. I am very glad that I made the decision to use Rick Case Mazda. Not only did I get a phenominal vehicle with an incredible warranty at a solid price, but I was once again rewarded with excellent service from a man that provided outstanding service from the time I walked in the door till the time I drove off the lot! Great job! Thank you!â

âScheduling is a nightmare.. I left no less than 4 voicemails.. requesting appointments both by phone and online. No one EVER called me back. I drove from Decatur to Duluth just for them to turn me away bc I didnât have an appointment. Mechanical staff was seen lounging about and not working on any other vehicles. The person at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. They even tried to charge me $200 for a diagnostic despite confirming my vehicle was under warranty (should be free). The only reason I wasnât charged bc my friend pushed the issue. Once I returned with an actual appointment and dealt with a different and more professional staff member, the service was quick and professional. Unfortunately, everything prior overshadowed all of that. There are no dealerships nearby me. So, sadly, Iâm stuck to deal with this one.â

âBest experience ever! My Mama visited this location to trade in her Jeep Renegade for a used CX-30, and left with a brand new CX-5! The APR was 100% better, she has many safeguards to ensure her car runs as long as possible, the customer service was phenomenal, and her car payment is well within her budget. We enjoyed ourselves a lot during our visit. The hour and half drive was worth it! We'll always come back here. đ
