“The moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and respect. The young lady at reception called our salesman (we had an appointment after talking on the phone) and while we waited we were offered coffee and water. Our salesperson, Marcelin, was knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured. I asked him to please make the buying process as short and stress free as possible. He delivered!! He took us all through the the lot to explain the different crv packages and answered all of our (many) questions and made sure he found us the best crv for our needs. The finance department was just as kind. She explained everything clearly, made the financing process smooth and and I didn't feel pressured. Buying a car in the past has been stressful and overwhelming. Marcelin made it pleasant and stress free from start to finish. His excellent customer service and professionalism are certainly appreciated. We picked up the vehicle the next morning and he too the time to explain all features in the car. I even got a bow! I would highly recommend this dealership and Marcelin to anyone looking for a new vehicle.”
