“Oscar was patient and informative. While on the test drive showed me many of the features of the vehicle. The two hiccups I had after purchase were 1. During the 7 day decision period, I took the car to Kia and they told me the battery was bad. It took several phone calls to talk to customer satisfaction people but I finally got permission to purchase a new battery and am now waiting for the reimbursement. 2. Even though the tires were brand new on the car, they were a cheaper brand and presented road noise when driving on the highway. So far my 2021 Kia Sportage rides wonderfully well and I'm happy. The price was fair and the vehicle itself is in excellent condition.”

The pricing remained transparent throughout the process, the APR met our expectations, and we were happy to move forward with the purchase. AMBER handled all of the paperwork quickly and efficiently, including the temporary tag and insurance details before we drove off. The entire buying experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. We also appreciate NICOLE, the manager, who stepped in whenever needed to make sure we understood the process and pricing. Her support added to the excellent customer experience. The vehicle was clean, well-prepared, and ready for our test drive. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had. AMBER deserves every bit of this 5-star review, and TALIN and NICOLE were fantastic as well.
