“I purchased this little baby on 3/23/2026! I was so excited and Im still excited. So far this has been a good purchase. This was a cashout pay no finance charges. A temporary tag was provided for through May 07. In the meantime, I received my title. (I knew, that I would not be able to go and get my tag because I was getting ready to go on a cruise.) I get back from my cruise and get ready to go and purchase my tag and can't find my title. I have looked everywhere in my home for this title, and it is no where to be found. (I do realize this is on my part). However, I have been trying to get a replacement title since May 7...I called and spoke with Desirae and informed her on what happen, and she stated okay, we will see about sending you another title. I waited, and waited no title. I called again to determine the status on why I had not received the title, and I this time there was no answer. I ended up leaving a message, (not an ugly message just a firm one.) So, after leaving a message and calling, and calling, upon asking why I have not heard anything (Desirae) tells me she doe not have anything to do with the title. I'm thinking could you have not told me this before, and directed me to the appropriate person who handles this. I perceive to tell her that if I need to pay for the title, I will. (I called the DMV to find out how much a replacement tag would cost and they stated $8.00.) Thinking to myself why can't they just get another title.(replacement).”

It would be nice to know it was done and how long it would take. And I don't even know when the person that can open the safe is back”
