“I had a not so good experience while there. I came in with an aggressive offer. That was more beneficial for the dealership, I traded in 2 vehicles to lower my debt. The van I purchased seemed clean and nothing alerting was going on when I went to look at the vehicle beside needing new tires and an oil change. I was told multiple times by management that no technician looked at the vehicle before I came in. A check engine light came on a few days after. So I used my own scanner at home to see if it was something that just happened or what. Lo and behold, the vehicle's engine code had been previously erased/reseted. That information is stored in the cars ecu. I took it to them, so they can look at it. I spoke with the manager Patrick and he specifically said he was going to take care of it. But nothing has been done as of today. The issue isn't them not fixing the van, the issue is them misrepresenting the vehicle from the start. I never received any service records or anything on the vehicle. I don't even think I signed a Carfax when I purchased it. Honestly, if it wasn't because they had cheaper vehicles, I wouldn't even bother dealing with them. The people I dealt with had probably 3 years of experience all together. This is more so for the super store location but they're tied together”

They drove the car to my door and picked up my trade - beating all other offers I had by 5%! - 2 days later.
