“It took me 8 months before I could write my review for an honest personal experience. Tested through time, I would say I chose the right SUV and the best dealer I encountered! At first I talked to another dealer near my city and it took them 2 weeks to finalize their offer and they gave me a high APR! So I looked for another dealer of Subaru, Riley. It was so smooth that there were no stress doing business with them. I called them 1st time around 2pm, drove 1hr, and got my car after an hour or 2! That was a fast and seamless interaction! Rick was very friendly but not pushy, you will feel u have the freedom to decide ur needs. They will give u options with their knowledge and they are very professional! Austin, Ken, and Ryan and the rest were very accommodating and the process for finance, documents, and paperworks was handled in a professional and timely manner! The facility also was so clean, comfortable and they have a waiting area with snacks! They also gave me a cake, such a sweet thought to celebrate me owning my new car! Additionally, I opted for delivery of my car the next day for personal reasons and it was well taken care of. The driver and his wife were very polite and kind people. Lastly, my car itself, the Subaru Forester Limited! I chose it among others because of its safety features! The horsepower, the traction to snow weather, the grip of the brake, oh my there’s a lot to mention! Within this 8 months, I tried driving my friends Mazda, Nissan, Honda, and Toyota, I can proudly say it felt safer driving a Subaru! Can I say one last thing again, whenever I travel to another states, I am delighted to see, always, an old model of Subaru SUV still in great shape. Its body is soooo durable! So I am looking forward to use this car for a very long time! I am just grateful to Riley staff for their love in what they do, it brings great result and builds trust to their clients! 5 stars!”
