“Spitzer Honda of DuBois has been my go-to dealership ever since a different dealer in the area didn't treat me very well. I purchased my previous car used from Spitzer several years ago. It was a uses 2016 Honda CRV. I heard good things about this dealership and their staff; namely their sales rep, Ian Carr. He was great through that entire process. Fast forward a couple of years. Last week I decided to contact Ian and ask him about buying my first brand new vehicle. He was very helpful with any questions I needed answered. He never once tried to pressure me into something I didn't want, or into a car I couldn't afford. He was only concerned about what I was looking for and how he could help make it happen. During the test drive, I asked Ian if he could come along and answer any questions I had about the vehicle. He happily agreed and came along. It didn't once feel like I had a car salesman in the passenger seat with me. He didn't pressure me or try to sell me on any gimmicks, or try to get me to upgrade to the higher trim model. It was very relaxing and helpful. After I decided to make the purchase, I spent some time doing paperwork with Tricia, the Finance Manager. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I had forgotten my reading glasses and I was struggling to do the paperwork. Tricia had a spare set of reading glasses that she let me borrow, which I greatly appreciated. Through the whole process I felt very well taken care of.
