“I would like to voice my disappointment. I drove an hour and a half to look at the red 2011 Ford F-150. Only to arrive ot your lot to walk in and find out that it was sold. Not to mention to find out no one had a clue I was even coming out or I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 - 11:00am. Even after I received a voice-mail to confirm my appointment. I hope this is not how you normally operate. But, I don't think this is a dealership I ever wish to do any type of business with.”
