Kayla treated me great, was a good listener, and help me trade in my 2010 Honda Accord for a 2019 VW Tiguan 2.0t. The transaction was very smooth and uneventful. I would recommend Germain Honda of Dublin to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at this Honda service center, especially Martin, Amy, Steven, Omar, and Madeline, the absolute MVPs who helped me today! I am not from the area, I did NOT have an appointment, and I walked in already having one of those chaotic mom days. It’s senior year dance season in our house and the last thing I needed was car stress added to the mix. But instead of brushing me off because I didn’t have an appointment, Madeline told me to come in right away, Martin, Steven, and Omar stepped in and found my lost key fob, and Amy was there for moral support. They all went completely above and beyond their duties — calm, kind, efficient, comical and genuinely helpful. What could’ve been a stressful, overwhelming day turned into one where I left smiling and laughing. They saved the day — and honestly probably saved senior year dance weekend too. If this is how this Honda service center operates, they deserve all the praise. Customer service like that is rare. Thank you for turning a frantic out-of-towner into a loyal fan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

UPDATE: (2/14/2026) After posting my initial review, I was contacted by Cricket and the Honda team. I truly appreciate the time they took to listen to my concerns and address the situation promptly. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely taken care of. They made a real effort to make things right, and that speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service. I’m confident that moving forward, my experience will reflect the level of professionalism I’ve come to expect from Honda. I’m glad they took the time to correct the issue and value keeping a loyal customer. Thank you for making it right. (1/23/2026) I brought my car to Honda for an estimate on a dent. The person who did the estimate was a respectful and professional gentleman, but the lady at the body shop desk was incredibly rude for no reason. I have purchased my car from this dealership and have always been respectful, yet she treated me dismissively. I have never experienced service like this here before. Being treated this way made the whole visit frustrating and unpleasant. Definitely not the level of service I expect from a place I’ve trusted.

Had the pleasure to work with Antonio Gonzalez, after not having a great experience else where. He was able to give my wife and I A++ service from start to finish, made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. No stone was left unturned we were able to see all options and explained the differences to find the best fit for us making the process very exciting. Everyone involved from manager to finance and other staff were incredibly respectful, eager to help that created a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!

Moe Rufai and his boss were a great help is getting us a great deal on a brand new 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid. They walked on through all of our options, gave us time to discuss it privately, and make the best decision for our family. They truly made it a special holiday season for us.
