“Jared was great to work with in helping us find and purchase our new carnival within our price range. We live over an hour away and he worked with us remotely to ensure they were providing exactly what we wanted and within our budget. His communication was great and he was very responsive. Bryce and Kylie also helped us and they were great to work with as well. Would definitely recommend Jared and his team, as well as this dealership as a whole.”

“Worst service experience ever—go to Great Lakes Kia instead. Even if you make an appointment and you’re literally the only car in the entire service bay, none of the four staff standing around will acknowledge your presence upon arrival. Once you get someone’s attention, they’ll treat you like an inconvenience for choosing to exist, and tell you should have dropped off your car… despite you seeing their lobby full of other customers who also chose to wait just like you, because that’s literally what everyone does if they have a service appointment. Then they’ll work on 4-5 other cars, including the car of someone who arrives an hour after you did. They’ll be done with her car in 7 minutes, because they’ll help her immediately. Meanwhile, yours will sit, never looked at, for an issue that ultimately takes less than 15 min to look at. After they’re done, you’ll wait longer to get your keys back than it took to the diagnose the issue, despite you seeing your car is done for over 15 min and no one coming back to update you. No apology for making you wait nearly two hours when others waited half or 1/4th or a 1/10th as long. No explanation for why people who came AFTER you had their equally simple issues checked and fixed less than 10-15 min. Safe to say, if I ever choose to trade my nearly new, still under warranty vehicle into a dealership in the future, or when we buy a new car for our teen next year, it won’t be Coughlin Kia of Dublin. I’ll take our six-figure household incomes and our business elsewhere.”

“I absolutely love my new Kia Sportage SX Prestige! Most importantly, I truly appreciate Matt’s kindness and taking the time to walk me through the entire process of my car and its features. This was the first time that I had experienced such precision, attention to detail and personal care. “I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Riley & Elijah for their assistance in helping me get my new KIA EV6 GT! I was initially going to purchase/lease through another location, but the two of them worked with me to beat the deal offered by the other location. Not only did they give me the trade-in value and incentives that I asked for - they also worked quickly to secure the vehicle color I wanted almost immediately and had it on the lot the next day. I really appreciate their sales tactics as well; not overly aggressive and pushy like some salespeople can be. Not to mention, they were also very personable and easy to talk to. I think I asked a million questions and they truly displayed the utmost patience and respect as well as responding a timely manner! I would definitely recommend this location if you get the chance.
