“My boyfriend and I traveled from Cincinnati so that I could check out and then buy a certified used RDX I had seen on the website. What a great experience! Leul Mulualem was a pleasure to deal with. He was very personable and provided easily understood answers to all of our questions. There was never any pressure throughout the purchasing experience and I feel that I got a great deal! The amount of time it took to complete the transaction was quite lengthy (through no one's fault) and Leul kept us informed throughout the process. Jon Gray, the business manager was great to work with as well. It was necessary to take the vehicle back to the dealership for some additional attention and Leul and the service department team were great in coordinating the whole process. They responded promptly when I called or texted to confirm or ask questions. I'm so glad I made the trip to Acura Columbus!”

From initial sales talks and test drives to final delivery, everyone was respectful of time, no pushing or pulling on negotiation, got everything ready for me before I showed up so it was as quick as possible when I got there to complete the transaction. Vaughn was awesome to talk with and very open and honest in negotiations. Finance team was quick and ready to close the paperwork. Looking forward to coming back for service.”

“I recently purchased my very first Acura from the Dublin Acura dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had previously visited for a test drive, but my most recent visit is when I finalized my purchase, Leul was my salesperson, and he was exceptional—professional, patient, kind, and truly attentive to my needs and preferences.
He was also very responsive and accommodating, which made a huge difference since I had my toddler son with me. I especially appreciated how welcoming he was to my son, offering snacks and water and making us both feel comfortable throughout the process.
This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had when buying a vehicle. Ryan was also great on the finance side, and together they set a high standard for excellence. I look forward to returning to purchase an MDX and will absolutely request to work with Leul again. I highly recommend this dealership—10/10 experience!”

“Purchasing a vehicle is not something someone does everyday, so often times people are very nervous to step foot into a dealership. Not at Acura Columbus! Before I walked into Acura Columbus, I had already been in contact with multiple sales representatives by phone, making sure I knew everything about the vehicle I was interested in and most importantly, making sure the deal was to my liking. After all, a vehicle is one of those three major purchases you make in life. Walking through the door, I was greeted by a very approachable and knowledgeable sales team who were quick to point me in the direction of the representative I had made an appointment with prior. Once I sat down, I noticed all the paperwork had been made up, complete with the sales numbers I was hoping for over the phone! I was blown away by how hassle free the negotiations were, since Acura Columbus had already met me on my terms before I even sat down. The conversations that followed were very professional, yet quite enjoyable to help lift the burden of making that hard decision. But not here, I’ve never been so comfortable and confident to shake my sales representative’s hand after agreeing to the deal I was so hoping to see presented to me. To the entire team at Acura Columbus, well done! You’ve impressed me on my car buying experience and I’d be happy to refer any of my friends or family to you! Keep up the good work!
