“Avoid this dealership at all costs. Their customer service is nonexistent, and that’s putting it generously. They schedule service appointments they have no intention of honoring, wasting your time with blatant disregard. The staff is shockingly rude and dismissive. If you’re expecting basic courtesy or even minimal honesty, prepare to be disappointed. The so-called “shuttle service” they promise is a complete joke, as it never shows up. I was scheduled for a recall service and was told it would take 2–3 hours. I showed up on time, only to be told that they would actually need to keep the car over the long weekend. No heads-up. No courtesy call. Needless to say, I didn’t leave my car there. The worst part is the service manager is just as unprofessional as the rest of the staff. No accountability, no solutions, and no sense of customer care. Save yourself the time, frustration, and headache. Go literally anywhere else. They don’t deserve your business.”

“Top of the line dealership. They were able to help me get a car. They listen to what I wanted and what I needed. They checked all the boxes. I am handicap and they are so accommodated that they took the time to drive each car up to me to check it out. They treated me like family not just customer. Al and Richard are the best. They went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted.”

“Kept our vehicle three weeks for a repair of two tire replacements, a wheel, alignment and shocks. There was absolutely zero communication from the service department. We had to continuously call to get updates, we were lied to numerous times. Ona few occasions told the car would was going to be ready when it wasn't. We were never offered a rental, ride or anything. My mom depends on her vehicle as my dad is elderly, it was such a stressful experience. Angel the service manager was the absolute worst. If I could give no stars I would. We will never bring the car back to this dealer for repair. We would return the lease if we could.”
