I had an amazing experience at Reedman Toll. The staff was amazingly professional & I was able to purchase a high quality vehicle that I’m excited to own. The sales associate that sold me the vehicle did an amazing job and even purchased my mother (who was at the dealership with me) some herbal tea. I will be recommending Reedman Toll to all my colleagues, friends, and family.

My first experience with Reedman-Toll Nissan of Drexel Hill was very positive. I have been with a different Nissan dealership, and they were not meeting my needs for repairs. Long story short, I ended up needing a new transmission. From the time I scheduled the appointment with the receptionist and my tech, I felt as though I was in good hands (finally)! Travis was very helpful and kept me in the loop with any delays and updates, and he provided great customer care.

I would give Reedman 15 ☆ if I could !!! Top notch service and excellent attention to detail. The team was awesome from the second I walked in the door until exiting with my new 2025 Nissan Kiicks .. Jay and Phillip J are the best dealers in town !!!

I came into the dealership after already negotiating my out-the-door price, so I was just expecting a smooth and quick pickup. My salesperson was polite and professional, but it seemed like he had a lot of customers at once. There were long periods where I wasn’t sure what was happening, and the visit took longer than expected even though I tried to plan ahead. After leaving, I was told I’d get a call or email with instructions to set up my Nissan app, but that never happened. I sent two follow-up emails with no response, so I ended up figuring it out myself. It wasn’t a big deal in the end, but the lack of follow-up made the experience feel incomplete. Overall, the process wasn’t bad but could have been better. The communication after the sale really dropped off, which is disappointing because a simple check-in goes a long way. I’m happy with my vehicle and the price I received, but the customer service could use more consistency.
