“Hello JDA team! I Wanted to thank you all for an AMAZING car buying experience yesterday! From my first contact online with Emery with what I was looking for, who was very polite and quick to respond, to locating a Jeep for me and negotiations with Rick to get the deal done and quickly, to the final process on site for pickup with Stephanie, it was truly the easiest no nonsense and hands down best car buying/leasing experience of my life and I’m 53! Everyone was very personable & down to earth, not overly pushy, understood all of my concerns with what I wanted in the vehicle and my financial terms.. and they made the deal happen! Finance mgr Andrew was great to work with as well, explained everything and we weren’t “stuck” at the dealer for hours trying to be sold other additional items we had no interest in. ( not a fan when that happens as most buyers) Not only did everyone check the box on all of the above, they made my experience one I won’t soon forget. I live over an hour from JDA and Well worth the journey to work with them! So if you're looking for all of the above like me don't play around with other dealerships, call the JDA team and they will make it happen. Thanks again team, my Rubi is awesome!”

“I purchased my 2019 Ram 2500 from Jeff D’Ambrosio on 10/18/25. This was my first experience buying a vehicle from them, and unfortunately it will also be my last. To start with the positives, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional on a personal level. Vinny was very nice throughout the sales process, and Dominic in service was the one person who genuinely seemed to care about resolving the issues. This review is not about poor customer interaction — it’s about the repeated problems, poor workmanship, lack of communication, and lack of quality control after the sale. Before purchasing the truck, I noticed staining on the headliner and specifically asked multiple times whether the truck had any history of water intrusion. I was told no. The explanation given was that the previous owner had dogs, drove with the windows down often, and took the dogs to work every day. I accepted that explanation and moved forward with the purchase. Three days after bringing the truck home, we had heavy rain. I got into the truck with my daughter in the back seat and immediately noticed water dripping onto my head. Both rear cab corners were soaked inside, and the area above the rear window was wet as well. I brought the truck back in for repair. First, they replaced the gasket around the third brake light. The leak continued. Then they performed the OEM repair procedure used for the known Ram rear window leak issue — essentially injecting silicone into the rear window seal area. While that repair appears to have stopped the leak itself, the workmanship was terrible. Silicone was left smeared all over the rear glass, the roof, the bed, and the rear quarter panel of my truck. When I arrived to pick the truck up, I immediately noticed the mess and questioned what had been done. They kept the truck another day to clean it up, but even after that there is still silicone residue on the truck to this day. A few weeks later, the truck began leaking again — this time through the driver A-pillar, then the passenger B-pillar, and eventually through the sunglasses holder and visor area. He water tested the vehicle and initially believed the issue was the door seals, although he acknowledged some water intrusion was still occurring around the rear slider window. We discussed replacing all four door seals instead of replacing the entire rear window assembly, which would have been significantly more expensive for the dealership. I agreed to that solution because I was trying to work with them reasonably and get the issue resolved. I dropped the truck off again. They eventually replaced the front door seals and discovered additional leaking through the cab marker lights, so those were replaced as well. However, when I got the truck home, I noticed the headliner was improperly reinstalled and sticking outside the trim. I also discovered the rear door seals had never been replaced. After finally getting someone on the phone days later, I was told the rear seals were considered “cosmetic” and were not replaced because management would not approve paying for them. The problem with that explanation is that this was never communicated to me beforehand. The agreement I had discussed was replacing all four seals. Instead, I had to bring the truck back multiple times — four separate trips for issues related to poor workmanship and lack of quality control. problems can happen with any used vehicle. What frustrates me is the lack of follow-through, poor communication, and careless workmanship after the sale. To their credit, they did help with a few smaller things: * Dominic installed aftermarket headlights I provided at no charge. * They gave me a free oil change. * They attempted to rotate the tires, but discovered there was no wheel lock key for the truck. That last issue created another concern: if the dealership never had the wheel lock key, did the wheels ever actually come off during inspection? I was told the technician must have lost the key, but honestly either explanation is a bad look — either the inspection”

“This is my wife and I's second vehicle we purchased from Jeff Ambrosio Jeep. Our salesperson was Eric Barron. He made it such a great experience. No pressure whatsoever . We also use the service department to service the vehicle and overall it's just a great bunch of people to deal with. I highly recommend you go see them. I came all the way from New Jersey and will continue to do business in the future with them soon. I like to thank all of you for making it such a great experience.”

“I walked into this dealership stressed, overwhelmed and mentally exhausted. My car’s transmission was 2.5 seconds away from going and it was seriously unsafe to drive not only for myself but with my clients in the car as well. Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted with friendly faces and people who were willing to help. Nick, the manager, introduced us to Kyle who sat down with me and explained my options and helped me understand my options. Never once did they make me uncomfortable or make it seem like they were pressuring me into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Colby, the finance guy, also took the time to look over my situation and do the best he could to help. And at the end of the night, they did. I drove home with a new, safe car and happy with my decision. So, if you’re looking for a new vehicle, I strongly recommend that you check out this dealership. You won’t feel pressured or uncomfortable when working with these guys. I’m heavily satisfied and will continue to go back to this dealership for years to come!”
