“Initially, I did some research on the vehicle that I wanted, and I found it at this Precision Honda dealership. I'm a Costco member, so I used their website to submit my form to inquire about the vehicle. I was able to get in contact with Alfred in sales, who was able to provide me with more information about the vehicle via email, which I appreciated. I made an appointment to see the vehicle the following day. Early the next day, we went to see the vehicle. I was greeted by Brian, the sales manager, who was very warm and welcoming. I was shown the vehicle by Juan Garcia, who was exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in. I test drove the vehicle around the area. Juan showed me all its features and was very patient in walking me through the car. He answered all my questions about the vehicle and was very friendly to my family and me. Hugo from Finance also made me feel welcome, and I appreciated the breakdown of the cost and for helping me to find a good deal that we were comfortable with.
