“I am extremely pleased with the service I received here. The service was awesome, and I could truly feel the difference in my car. Kyle Church was very professional and customer-friendly, proactively identifying and fixing the problems with my car.
While the service charges were a bit expensive, the quality was truly superior. I've noticed a significant increase in my fuel economy. Due to budget constraints, I had to decline certain services this time, and I'm interested to know if there are any potential discounts (on drivetrain fluid, break fluid and fuel induction service) or offers on these services within the next 3-4 months.”

“We had such a great experience buying our car here. We were not looking forward to the whole dealership process because it can be such a headache but the team here made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Jan, our sales associate, was great, super helpful and knowledgeable.The sales manager and the other associates we interacted with were just as great. You can tell they genuinely care about making it a good experience instead of just trying to rush a sale. Rich in finance was also super informative and helpful. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made that part of the process feel easy instead of overwhelming. We’ve purchased three vehicles in the past at other dealerships, and this is the first time the car buying process was actually pleasant. We even visited another Mazda dealership earlier in the day, and it was such a night and day difference in service, atmosphere, and overall process. We left feeling extremely satisfied and confident in our purchase. We couldn’t recommend them enough.”

“Bought a Cx50 turbo premium plus and Shirley was such a great person. She was super friendly and had great energy. She was polite and treated us with respect. I went to countryside Mazda and the guy who was my sales person was super rude and disrespectful to me and my family. Didn’t want to buy a car from him and decided to see what downers grove had. I’m glad I went here because Shirley was great. Her energy and respect makes me want to do business with her again, in the future. Thank you Shirley, your positive attitude made this car experience great.”

“My fiancé just leased a 2025 CX-5 Carbon Edition from Castle Mazda and from the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming without being pushy—something we really appreciated. My sales consultant, Shirley Sanchez took the time to understand what my fiancé was looking for and walked her through several options that fit both her budget and needs. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and transparent about pricing, features, and financing which we very much appreciated. The test-drive process was relaxed, and she encouraged her to take the time getting a feel for the car. Once she decided on the vehicle, the paperwork was handled efficiently and very quickly. When we walked into the finance office, my fiancé and I were greeted by Ruben Mendoza who is one of the finance managers there. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process quick and easy. After signing paperwork, we walked into the service drive and saw the car parked, it was spotless, fueled, and ready to go. Shirley walked us through all the tech features and showed us a few more tricks about the car before we drove off. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences we’ve had and we’ve been to MANY dealerships. “Matt and the entire team at Castle Mazda were amazing!
I just bought my new CX-50 and the whole experience was honestly the best I’ve ever had! Matt was so helpful, honest, and all around just a great person to work with. He made everything super simple and stress free from start to finish. The manager and finance guys were awesome & genuinely wanted to help! The sticker price was right on target with the KBB value so no need for the awkwardness of negotiating back and forth. I’ve bought cars five times now and this was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had! If you’re shopping for a new car, go see Matt and the crew at Castle— they’re top notch!!
