“We had a great experience at Doral Lincoln. Ray took great care of us and made sure our vehicle was in perfect shape before we drove it off the lot. He had excellent communication and was wonderful throughout the whole process. Jorge was great for financing. He explained things very clearly and was super personable. He cared a lot about giving us the best service and it showed. We would purchase from Doral Lincoln again!”

“I had and amazing experience with Doral Lincoln. Purchased a used car yesterday and the whole process was commendable from start to finish. I cannot say enough about Ray, and Carlos his trainee. Wonderful customer service, no pressure, and knowledgeable answers to the many questions I had. Loved those boys and love my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend and if I ever decide to trade, I will go back there! Thank you Ray and Carlos and all of you who helped with this transaction.”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star)
I am not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel obligated to share it so other customers are aware.
I recently leased a new vehicle here after being a longtime Cadillac customer and deciding to try Lincoln for a change. I came in excited and ready to do business. I want to first acknowledge Ray Villavicencio , the salesperson, because he was honest, professional, transparent, and helpful from the beginning. He clearly explained pricing, what was included, and worked hard to keep everything within my budget. He is the one bright spot in this entire experience.
Unfortunately, everything changed once I was sent to the finance office. The monthly payment I had already agreed to was suddenly increased by nearly $70 more than what had been discussed. This created unnecessary stress and confusion after my credit had already been run and after I was reassured that everything possible was being done to help me. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt misled.
At one point, when I became upset over the unexpected changes, comments were made assuming how I spend my money, including implying that $10 is something I probably spend at Starbucks. That was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate. No customer trying to stay within their budget should be judged or spoken to that way.
My aunt was also essentially called a liar during the discussion. When we asked for the salesperson to come into the office so everything could be discussed openly and clearly, the finance representative insisted on speaking with him privately instead. That only made the situation feel more uncomfortable and unnecessary. If everything was being handled honestly, there should have been no issue discussing it transparently in front of everyone involved.
I was then told the payment would “stay the same,” but only after reducing the mileage allowance to make the numbers work. That was not a real solution, it was a compromise to fix a problem that should never have happened because the original numbers were already correct from the beginning.
To make matters worse, the vehicle was delivered to me in dirty condition. I had to spend my own time and money taking a brand-new leased vehicle to be cleaned myself. I am attaching a photo of me personally cleaning the car after delivery because it was not properly prepared.
After everything that happened, I have to ask: what level of customer service is being offered here? When someone leases a new vehicle, they should leave feeling excited, respected, and appreciated not confused, embarrassed, frustrated, and then forced to clean the car themselves.
What stood out most is that Ray personally offered, out of his own pocket, to help cover the cost of a basic maintenance service. That says a lot about Ray’s character, but it should never have been his responsibility. It is the company’s responsibility to go above and beyond for its customers when an experience goes wrong.
In my own profession as a nurse practitioner, I understand the importance of service, accountability, and doing more than the minimum for the people you serve. That same level of care should exist in any customer-facing business.
At other dealerships, an experience like this would often be acknowledged with complimentary maintenance, service perks, or some gesture to make things right. Here, there was no meaningful effort to restore confidence after everything that happened.
Management should seriously review how customers are handled in finance and how vehicles are prepared before delivery. Again, Ray did his best and remained professional throughout, but the overall experience was unacceptable.
I got the car, but I did not receive the experience that should come with it. Luxury equal luxury care”

“Frank was very knowledgeable and treated my wife and I very nicely. He took us out on a test drive in which he explained all the features of the aviator. Afterwards we discussed color combinations and he located and bought us the exact exterior and interior color combinations we wanted. After one look, we were hooked. We sat down, discussed lease pricing, talked with the finance department, and made the deal. Everything was straight forward.”

“The agent Marlon was super very good, professional and answer every questions. Easy to deal with and friendly attitude. A very important thing about the dealership. NO HIDDEN FEE or JUNK FEE (saving 4 grand): honest fee=2 the transfer tag in my case, sale taxes and $899 dealer fee (half of others dealers). Of course then they offer (not the agent in the office) a warranty package that was more expensive of the purchase but is okay that's is the way to do business.
Over all, everyone in there were good and I gave 5 stars with the bottom of my heart.”
