The service department staff is always friendly and very attentive to my concerns and thorough with my vehicle. They also did not hesitate to contact Ford to try to find a resolution to an issue I was having, which they found and fixed. They obviously try to upsell you on services (some of which are worth it), but they are never pushy about it. I usually work with Steve who is always great. Communication is also always very thorough and quick.

Review: Breach of Trust and Warranty Fraud at Tasca Ford Dickson City Rating: 1/5 Stars I am writing this review as a twice-loyal customer who has purchased two brand-new Ford Explorers (a 2023 and a 2025 ST-Line) from this dealership in the last two years. While Tasca Ford generally employs wonderful, kind people, my recent experience with the warranty department has ensured I will never purchase a third vehicle from this location or the Ford brand. The Incident: Following an oil change, a stress fracture appeared on the edge of the windshield of my 2025 Explorer. There was no impact point, no pitting, and no debris damage. - Initial Inspection: An exemplary employee named Sam inspected the glass alongside me. We both ran our hands and nails over the crack; it was perfectly smooth with zero chips or divots. Sam took photographs and agreed it appeared to be a stress fracture. - The Sabotage: The warranty manager, Wendy, then inspected the vehicle. I stood directly next to her and watched her run a pen down the crack. Initially, the pen glided smoothly because there was no impact hole. - Deliberate Damage: Right in front of me and Sam, Wendy began repeatedly and forcefully grinding and jamming the head of the pen into the glass. She applied so much pressure that the crack grew three inches ,spiderwebed instantly, and she successfully created chips and divots where none had previously existed. The Result: By manufacturing "impact damage" with her pen, Wendy denied the warranty claim to save the dealership the cost of the repair, an attempt to coerce me into a $900–$1,300 out-of-pocket replacement. This was not a "mistake"; it was a calculated, malicious act of deceit to void a legitimate claim on a vehicle that i bought with 0 miles on the odometer. Final Verdict: It is deeply unfortunate because Sam is a true asset to your team, and the rest of the staff are honest. However, a dealership is only as good as its word. If the person in charge of warranties is willing to physically damage a customer's car to avoid honoring a contract, the entire business is untrustworthy. I was prepared to upgrade to a full ST model for my third purchase. Instead, I am taking my business to Chevrolet. I refuse to spend tens of thousands of dollars at an establishment that employs "scam artist" tactics to avoid a simple windshield replacement. Tasca Ford: You lost a lifetime customer over a dishonest attempt to save or gain a few hundred dollars. My warning to all because of this is that they have an amazing product to sell and overall, the dealership is an amazing dealership but If there is a manufacturer's default or something wrong with your vehicle When you purchase it, brand new that it will not be covered. You will not just be purchasing the brand new vehicle. You will be purchasing the repairs that are needed due to factory default. My advice don't purchase a vehicle from this Dealership. In the photos are the areas that i'm pointing to with my fingers.Where she jammed a pen in so hard that it literally chipped and divided the crack and the windshield. When before she first ran it, it was smooth. Both sam, the other employee who is wonderful and I ran her fingers and hands across it.There were no chips or divots , no cracks. There were no white marks that you can see clearly now with the eyes did not exist.I say again did not exist. Sam took photos of it to prove that they did not exist and hopefully she stands up and does the right thing to show those photos and has not deleted them yet. She is a great asset to tasca. (I will say this tasca has one chance for me to take this review down and to keep me as a customer. And I'll make it very clear, replace my windshield, and no cost to me make this right or choose not to and let all your potential customers clearly understand that what I say is the truth that you will not back the warranty. The warranty is worthless and scan tactics will be used at tasca ford Dicksoncity PA." I will update this post if the dealership chooses to make this right .

Very pleasant experience. I really appreciate Steve behind the counter he goes out of his way to make sure you’re completely satisfied and your vehicle gets what it needs when it needs it. I have felt a little uncomfortable with the younger mechanics hanging out on there phones chatting and laughing it up while your waiting to get out of there. But that’s two visits out of dozens over the years. I still highly recommend taking your vehicle here. It’s also where I bought my truck. They WILL take care of all of your vehicle needs and you will leave satisfied. The coffee is good and so are the people.

I cannot say enough about the phenomenal experience I had at Tasca Ford Dickson City. My initial contact with salesman Don Hull was the best I had during my search for a vehicle. He was friendly, professional and not once during the whole process did I feel an ounce of pressure to make a purchase, which was very welcoming. I had dealt with other sales people who allowed me a less than 10 minute test drive, and then they anticipated my purchasing a vehicle, this was a complete turn off. Don was wonderful from start to finish with the process. I also have to give a shout out to Ryan in finance. He also made the entire experience so relaxed and pleasurable. I felt so confident with both of them. I highly recommend Tasca and Don Hull.

We had the best experience purchasing our Ford vehicle from Tasca. We have nothing but good things to say - and our salesman, Jacob, was excellent to deal with! He was kind, courteous, professional, and really went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Best of all, he was not pushy and made the whole experience personable and seamless. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to try here - and be sure to ask for Jacob!
