“This place is terrible. My dad has been experiencing issues with them over the last year. They rigged his car and then did not want to fix it. No other dealer will work on it because of the poor job they did. They finally reached out him, set an appointment and when he arrived they canceled it. This place is unprofessional and shady on so many levels, they really need to be investigated. If you want poor customer service this is definitely the place. Wish I could give a zero for the rating.”

“Shanta and the rest of the Bob Maxey Team were the best. Overall, the my purchase experience was positive. The focus was on building trust rather than simply completing a transaction. My needs were met and thoughtful guidance was given to help me make the best decision”

“My salesman Jordan was fantastic. He communicated consistently and helped me address all of my concerns. He was personable and helped me purchase the car I was searching for. The process had its bumps but overall I am very happy with my car and my experience. Thank you Jordan for all your hard work and even delivering my car to Ohio!”

“YEAH…NO.
Our experience with Bob Maxey Ford Lincoln demonstrated a pattern of misrepresentation, misdirection, and poor accountability. The dealership produced a hyper-inflated estimate that effectively totaled our vehicle from what was a minor fender-bender, without speaking with us beforehand or explaining the basis for that determination. The estimate included replacement of undamaged, fully operable parts, including the front windshield and AC condenser. The dealership also stated that the vehicle did not have fog lights, despite their own intake photos and video showing that it did. (See pictures below for damage after the accident and how we were forced to pick up our vehicle to get a second estimate. And minimal parts were returned)
Following the inspection, the vehicle was dismantled and not all parts were returned, even after AAA directed the dealership to do so, preventing an independent estimate. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent and incomplete. We escalated these concerns in writing to Sherry Maxey, Managing Director, and received no response.
Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this dealership.”
