“My prior dealer and finance manager was very unprofessional. The dealer was speaking loudly regarding to my personal information. How much money I had or did not have for a for a payment. The finance manager ran my information when I was not in his office. He was in there with a friend of his. I don’t know what he was doing with my information. There was no privacy in that space. I ended up walking out very upset. Is there violations with regards to my personal information. No I would not recommend anyone to visit Bob Maxey Ford. They were very careless with their customers (me).”
