“Despicable, unprofessional CROOKS. Save your money and your time. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CAR. They kept my vehicle for over 21 days and said that the only way my car could be seen and remain in the queue was if I left it with them while they were not even touching it. I had to rent a vehicle and use uber which added to my expense. My warranty and I paid over $6,000 for the engine repair. Since returning my vehicle the AC is not working. The AC was just fine when I dropped it off. So their fixes cost thousands and take nearly a month, and they break other things on the car in the process! Worst Chevy dealership in Dallas. Update: I took the vehicle back for them to repair the AC. They claimed the AC issue was a separate issue and billed my extended warranty. They kept it three days but did not charge me a deductible. I wonder why? because the technician broke something the first time around, and they knew it. Well here I am a few weeks after they supposedly fixed the AC. It stopped working AGAIN. I called the Manager Nic and he blamed me, noting that he doesn’t know why it keeps breaking and that might have broken it (twice). I explained that I can’t trust them to touch my car because they had it three times and issues persist. I cannot trust them and I do not have days and days to wait while they break my car. Someone in the back is incompetent and needs to be investigated. The front office is complicit by covering up technicians’ poor work. If your car has issues after they supposedly “fixed”it, contact the Better Business Bureau, the general manager and corporate.”
