“I am going to stay neutral for now. But must share today's experience. 05/18/2026. I scheduled an appointment set for last Friday at 9:00am. I had it towed for the service in Thursday evening. The vehicle 2014 Cadillac SRX with only 90000 miles for diagnostic and service. I called to check the status. I was informed, "Your car isn't here l". The technician stated he would look for it and call me back. He did, then said U found it in a random spot but we don't have the key". It has a Fob? I appreciate his s diligence but it has raised alot questions yet to be answered.”
