I’m extremely happy with my experience purchasing an Equinox EV RS! Craig, Freddy in service, and the General Manager all made the experience extremely positive. The Good: I bought a vehicle online, and traveled here from ver far away to get it. The negotiation process was simple. I asked for and received pictures beyond what was on the website. Everyone I spoke with (I won’t name names, you’ll see why in a minute) was great. Super friendly. I think had I bought newer, my experience would have been better. The Bad: When I showed up, I had questions about something it clearly showed on the Carfax they had done. It said they replaced the spare tire carrier, but there it still laid in the back of the vehicle. The salesperson said she was pretty sure they had replaced it, but it also suddenly had a check engine light on that was not there in the photos they had sent. She took it into service to verify both things. Claimed they were fixed. I got down the road and realized I had forgotten to check the spare situation. It’s still laying in the back of the vehicle, but again, I was assured it was fixed, so I thought I’d just take care of it when I get home. I went to put it back on this morning, and sure enough… they did not actually replace it as I was told. It’s just a broken chain. I will take some of the blame for that, as I trusted, but did not verify. But how the heck you gonna report to Carfax that you did something that was not actually taken care of?!?! The car I bought is old, and I knew it would need some work, but I did not expect to have to do things the dealership already claimed to have done. Edit: to add pictures of the carrier lift. There is also a picture of my jack, which appears to be broken. Thank god I didn’t have a blow out on the highway driving the 800 miles back home.

My experience at Autonation North was highly positive, primarily due to the assistance provided by sales representative Hussian in acquiring a new truck for my enterprise. He demonstrated remarkable patience and exhibited promptness and efficiency throughout the entire process. At no point did he exert pressure to influence my decision; rather, he ensured my complete satisfaction with the selection. I strongly recommend Hussian as an exemplary sales representative.

Absolutely Amazing people there to help you out with whatever you need and they work very hard to get you in a car. The salesman Shawn is one of the most amazing people you will ever meet and he goes above and beyond for you and your needs when it comes to getting a new car. Will absolutely recommend them and Shawn to anyone.
