“My Service Manager was communicative and friendly, and the price was fair for the work I had completed on my car. Overall the experience was phenomenal, but the small details are what docked a star off of my review. After getting work/maintenance completed on my vehicle I expect to receive it in better condition than I left it. Mechanically, my car is great. But there's oil hand prints on the interior, and sweat marks all along either side of the hood of my car. I wasn't expecting the mechanics to detail my vehicle for me, but at the very least wash their hands and wipe the sweat off of it. I hope I can get the oil off, but I shouldn't have to.”
