“We recently purchased and brand new bronco with Bill Utter Ford. This was our first experience with this dealership and from start to finish it was absolutely the best. I submitted a stretch of an inquiry for a deal late Sunday evening and first thing Monday morning Logan called wanting to help. I told him it was probably not realistic and he said he could make it work. So we came on, evaluated my trade, ran some numbers a few times, and worked out a deal. He was able to assist us in upgrading the wheels and also tinting the vehicle. Claire was the aftermarket parts manager and she was super helpful in helping us with pricing and selection. The finance manager (I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name) was super fast and kind and knowledgeable. We had to bring the vehicle back 2 weeks later for service for the tint and wheels - they provided a loaner and completed service as planned and timely. They did an absolutely amazing job all around and we absolutely would love to come back in the future. We test drove many different brands of trucks at several dealerships. It was late afternoon on a Saturday when we left a local dealership extremely unhappy and looked for another Ford dealership. There were a lot of people at the dealership, as Ford truck month attracted a lot of customers. Matthew sat down with us to determine which truck would best meet our needs. We came in for a gray truck, but we upgraded to a silver Ford F150 Platinum. Other standouts at the dealership are Sales Manager Tom Martin and Finance Director Kyle Clark. We only test drove one truck. Matthew spent a lot of time explaining the advanced features of our new truck. I have purchased a lot of new vehicles over the years. I have never taken a photograph of the salesperson before that day. Matthew was incredibly personable and his follow-up with us after the sale has been greatly appreciated.
