“We were in search of a second vehicle for my husband Hey to use when he would go fishing and hunting. He was specific in what he wanted within his price range. Bria understood the assignment. She showed us many suvs and took time to get to know why we either accepted or rejected them. She had arranged for 2 vehicles to be delivered to the dealership from another location…even offering to bring us to the other location. She was personable, knowledgeable and respectful. “One star because I had put something to leave a review. Save yourself the time, effort and your money by going to a different dealership. This place is a complete loss. When you purchase a vehicle they are very helpful. The second the papers are signed you will not get any information or help out of anyone. I emailed several times with Hanford Raven to find out exactly what we purchased with the extended warranty and they were not helpful at all. They responded with one word responses. A simple response with a copy of the brochure would have sufficed, but we could not get anything out of them. I did call and my call bounced around for 10 minutes and I was transferred several times with no one picking up. I left a message and my husband left messages and not response. I know the company keeps changing hands, but there is not improvements being made.”
