“I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Genesis dealership. From the beginning, I felt ignored and dismissed multiple times whenever I tried to address issues with my vehicle and warranty policy. Instead of helping, I constantly felt pushed aside and like no one cared about resolving my concerns. For the past 6 months, I have had no A/C in my vehicle and have been repeatedly dragged around while asking week after week for help. Every time I tried to get answers or support, I was met with delays, poor communication, or no response at all. It has been beyond frustrating dealing with this for such a long period of time. As a young woman, I truly felt I was not taken seriously. I even had my mother reach out on my behalf, and she was ignored as well. The lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable. To make matters worse, I feel I was sold a broken vehicle, and there were questionable issues involving the taxes and pricing of the car, despite being told there was a “$10,000 markdown.” Looking back, I honestly feel taken advantage of during this entire process. A luxury brand should provide professionalism, honesty, and customer care, and unfortunately I experienced the complete opposite. I would not recommend this dealership based on how I was treated. I also have documentation of 6 months paper trail Also to add Danny laughed at my face when I cried because of how frustrated I was”
