I had an outstanding experience working with Thom Betz at Jim Shorkey Jeep! From start to finish, Thom was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer every question, never made me feel pressured, and made sure I understood all my options so I could make the right decision.
What really stood out was how smooth and stress-free he made the entire process. Communication was great, everything was transparent, and he truly went the extra mile to make sure I left happy. âReceived mail that they wanted my vehicle and were âwilling to offer well above market valueâ for it word for word. I get there just to shoot numbers and let them appraise it. They offered 2k below Kbbâs lowest trade in value for my vehicle only issue they found was tpms sensors which was due to having not the oem wheels on zero issue vehicle. They wouldnât work with me on anything even when I said you guys mailed this out to people and low ball them and that they were disrespectful for wasting my time and lying. I didnât expect much from a dealership but to smack me in my face with a well below value of my car when I see other similar models out for more and said youâd offer more this is the second encounter I bought the vehicle from them in the first place and honestly good salesman but Sam Martin sales manager is the one who mailed the request and lied about willing to pay above market value and argued the point why they wouldnât pay more.â

âPurchased a 2024 Hornet Gt Plus just over a year ago. Towed to the dealership 5 times and driven twice due to the vehicle unable to start. Jumped a few times. Every time I got the car back a few days or weeks later the vehicle dies again. No explanation, no idea why. This past time I was able to get it started and drove it to Monroeville Dodge and was later advised that the connections to the battery terminals were never tightened.
On a side note, how did I get it started this last time? I tried jumping it multiple times with no luck. I was prepared to get it towed yet again. Key FOB is in the car, and I am outside placing the cover back on the battery when my headlights come on. I push a little more and the car starts. I will never take a car back to Victory and will stick with Monroeville moving forward.â

âWhen I say this was the BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership I mean that! Teresa was nothing short of amazing and Damien was no different. They both made this process so easy, pleasant, and enjoyable! I have never left a dealership feeling as good about a purchase as I have from here. I could never thank Teresa and Damien enough for everything they have done for me!â

âI bought a 2021 jeep gladiator from victory cjdr! Teresa was my salesperson and she was fantastic. No pressure, very friendly and knowledgeable. I took the jeep for a test drive and came back to do the paperwork. Everyone was so friendly and thoughtful. A week later I had to get the jeep checked out, and Anthony was my service advisor. He was awesome. He kept me updated with text and email. The service manager Gary, has a great staff. I recommend buying from victory! You wonât be disappointed! I would give them 10 stars, but this site only lets me give 5!â
