“Our daughter graduated college and needed to buy a new car as she started her new job. She loved the KIA Sportage. We narrowed to the KIA Sportage Hybrid SX after test driving it and others models. We are Costco Members and used the Costco process that partnered with Deland Kia. We got a quote the next day and had a sales rep and GM message us about buying the Sportage. I was a bit skeptical if the price was in fact a low and no haggle price and also sent an email to two other local and near by dealerships to get price quotes. After digging into each of these and having several conversations with each dealership sales and sales managers, I was pleased to find out that not only was Deland KIA’s process was the best, they also went out of their way to answer questions and build a relationship with our family. Even more impressive, we didn’t step foot on their dealership. Marcus Bosco, our Sales Associate called and texted, answers questions and drove the car to our house to deliver it. He continues to be available to answer questions on any features. Mohamed el Bijri was the Finance Manager who helped out daughter qualify on her own to purchase the car and build her credit to benefit her future and was personable and listened to our priorities as we helped her with this process. Nick Perry, the General Manager was available and called and texted and shared his commitment to be honest and make and keep business and he earned my respect and I will recommend Deland KIA and shop there in the future because of these three individuals and their company. We received warranty for life and lifetime oil changes at 3 locations on top of the best price against 3 other dealerships. They had to find her color, Matte Black, and go drive it to their dealership before delivering it to our house and each of them were friendly, not aggressive and went out of their way! Thanks and I have to say it is nice to feel good about a car purchase, this usually does not happen!”
