“I purchased a 2025 jeep grand Cherokee from them May 2025. When I purchased the vehicle I made sure to purchase all the warranties they offered. (Gap, tire, key etc). Fast forward to February 2026 I misplaced my key. I found my key warranty paperwork and I was able to get them to tow my vehicle to the dealership. Dealership calls me saying that the claims for the key warranty is saying I don’t have warranty and for me to call. I call them and they told me that the dealership should submit the claim and the proof of warranty paperwork. Dealership called me saying that the contract number I have is showing up for someone else and that the claims department says I have every warranty except keys?? Called deland dealership, Melinda says she sees the key warranty then back tracked saying I came in to resign paperwork to cancel the key warranty because I was over the finance price? I never went back to deland. Deland is 2 hrs away from my house. I did not know anything about key warranty being removed. I have a contract with both me and Melinda signature on it. What happened was while signing the paperwork Melinda must’ve realized I was over the finance charge and made me sign a form saying I declined key warranty all while I still have the original key replacement form that I agreed to. Told me she can back date the warranty but I have to pay for the warranty I thought I already paid for? I originally decided to purchase the car in deland because it was listed for 30k but when I got there it was 38k? They are scammers. I am not paying $450 for a key when I should’ve had key warranty. the key warranty is $800 meanwhile every other warranty I agreed to is way more. Why would I cancel the cheapest warranty and keep all the others? Do not buy a car here ever”

“Keenan is a fantastic sales rep. Unlike the reputation of a slimy car salesman, who will pat you on the back and sell you anything with four wheels, and call it a car. He makes sure the car you're getting is actually one want and will take care of you. I purchased a used car with him, and he got the trade in value I wanted, and the price down on the new car to what I was wanting. When the car got washed the pressure washer blew some weights off the front tire, causing the balance to be off. I called up the next day and they were very quick to respond and take care of the problem without charging and trying to nickel and dime over a simple fix. I would definitely recommend to come here for any new or used vehicles, and I will be back eventually for my next.”

“Rian in sales was excellent! Found a nice camaro but I should of had it inspected before I decide to buy it AS-IS. Would of been nice if they were upfront about what was wrong. A/c and heat doesnt work. Thermostat was stuck wide open. The blend door is broken. DIY to fix cheaper than dealership fix. They do bare minimum to trade-ins. Heavy smell of fragrant spray. As the fragrant smell faded away. Then you could tell it was a smoker's car. Check the oil when I got home. It looked like it had 5000 miles on the oil change even though they said it was just done. (If you use their shop, I would double check their work) me I would never use them even though the car comes with 2 year maintenance. I'll pass on that. Most dealerships go through the cars and fix everything if they can't or dont want to they ship to auction. Very disappointed in this dealership, I expected better, upfront, honesty, transparency. Only reason I'm leaving the review to help others to make a better decision than I did. Get a inspection before you buy!!!! And if you dont want add on fees. Ask for out the door price. Then they cant add anything. Dimmet chevrolet in clearwater treated me right, Coggins Ford in Jacksonville were great! Jim Falk motors in clinton, Mo one of the best. They will ship cars nationwide or fly you in from anywhere the price they advertise the price you pay!!
Update* Had to replace THERMOSTAT and WATER PUMP since you change both at same time. Replaced BLEND DOOR (it was broke typical in 2013 Camaro) and ACTUATOR. That fixed the heat. A/C still not working. Hopefully I can charge the a/c and get that to work. Thanks for the response!! If reconditioning doesnt involve getting everything in good working order. Then put reconditioning safety components only. I understand as/is but I dont expect a Dodge, Gm, or Ford to take a trade in and dont go through it. I expect that from pop-up used car dealerships. Send it off to a auction if your not fixing the problems. Don't pass it off onto your customers. I spent $600 in parts and 12 hours of my time to fix it. If I had to take it to dealership it would cost over $4000 to fix it. DO BETTER FOR YOUR FUTURE CUSTOMERS!!!”
