He had told me my 1st oil change was free, well, that was not true and I had to pay for something that I was promised, very disappointed that they did not honor this. Also oil change took over 2 hours which is totally unacceptable, only 5 months a Nissan customer and leaving the dealership very unhappy. They do anything for the sale, then don’t care at all about what was promised to you! Be careful and get everything in writing, or you will be screwed.”
