Asked Brickell Honda and Autonation Miami Lakes to locate a Green Passport 2026 with brown interior and never got an answer. Rick Case not only found the car, they brought it from Tampa in two days. Two days! Great experience and reasonable negotiation. We both won. Thank you.

Whenever we need to buy a new or used car, we face the dilemma of where to go, as trust in most dealerships has eroded due to so much dishonesty and trickery. That is why I can say that my experience at Rick Case has been wonderful. It was all thanks to Federico Tenorio—a Rick Case salesperson, a personal friend, and a Christian man of honesty and strong principles. He is transparent, speaks the truth, and always seeks to help his customers. It was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend both Federico Tenorio and the Rick Case Honda dealership. Thank you, Federico Tenorio; with salespeople like you, buying a car is truly a pleasure. I confidently recommend Federico Tenorio to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, honest, and responsible salesperson.

Absolutely disgraceful. Rick Case Honda owned this vehicle, performed the head gasket seal repair in December 2025, and then sold it through dealer auction. I purchased the vehicle pre-owned in March 2026, only to find out that the repair they performed was apparently done so poorly that the timing tensioner bolt later snapped because it was either cross-threaded or improperly installed. Honda inspected the vehicle and denied warranty coverage due to **poor workmanship**. Let that sink in. Rick Case Honda does the repair, sells the vehicle, the repair fails, and now nobody wants to take responsibility. That is not customer service. That is passing the grenade after pulling the pin. Rick Case Honda has stopped returning calls, and Murfreesboro Honda has told me there is nothing they can do unless Rick Case Honda steps up. I have also contacted Honda North America and am still hoping someone will do the right thing. I work at a dealership myself, and every manager I have spoken with agrees this is absurd. A Honda dealership should stand behind its work — especially when that work is the very reason the vehicle is now being denied warranty coverage. This has been a nightmare wrapped in red tape, and Rick Case Honda’s silence speaks volumes.

Reymer at Rick Case Honda made buying a car a genuinely enjoyable experience. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and completely pressure-free — exactly the kind of salesperson you hope to deal with. Pricing was competitive and transparent, and the inventory (new and used) is absolutely enormous. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and that's entirely down to Reymer. I'll be back for my next car and will be asking for him by name.

Since my daughter is in the military I’m taking care of her car til she returns state side. Today was my first visit to Rick Case Honda for an oil change and tire rotation, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. When I pulled into the service bay, no one greeted me or acknowledged my arrival. I may be spoiled by Toyota service standards, where someone is usually there immediately to welcome customers and direct them through the process. After waiting a moment, I asked the first employee I saw what the procedure was for service check-in. He told me someone would come out to meet me by my car. Five minutes passed and no one came. During that time, several employees walked by, said hello, and kept walking. I made eye contact with multiple people I assumed were service advisors, but no one approached me because I had already been told to wait by my vehicle. At that point, I called the dealership’s main number to explain what was happening. The representative placed me on hold while she tried to contact someone in service. While waiting, I walked toward the other side of the building, where I met a gentleman named Yamil. I asked if a service manager was available, and he told me there was no one in that role available on weekends. After briefly explaining the situation, he walked into the service area. Shortly afterward, Juan Cantillo Garcia finally came out to assist me. What made this experience even worse was that while I was still waiting, another customer pulled in behind me approximately seven minutes later and was greeted almost immediately. An advisor came right out to help her. One particular advisor an African-American woman who had made eye contact with me earlier when I first arrived never acknowledged or assisted me at all. This was an extremely poor first impression, especially because I am currently shopping for a new vehicle and Honda was one of the brands I was seriously considering. Customer service matters, and this experience made me feel ignored and unimportant from the moment I arrived. Those same individuals were sitting in the same spot I’ve pictured. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing first-time experience.
