“They had my license plate sitting there at the dealership for TWO WEEKS while I drove around with an expired registration because they were avoiding me to avoid having to fix my car. Classic scammer car salesmen. I bought I car from this place and of course during the process of my deal the guys were super helpful and charming but it was just to get me to sign. The car I got had a few issues like missing one windshield wiper, the bumber was not secured (from being towed) and the passenger window didn’t work, the tire pressure reader was broken. It was 8pm when my deal was finally done so they told me, we’ll call you in the morning and let you know when to bring the car back so we can fix those things. Because I told them I didn’t want to buy it if I would be responsible for those fixes. They really reassured me they would take care of those things. That call never came so I called them. And was told “I’ll call you back in 15mins” and that call never came either. So went to the dealership after two days and the manager there just wrote down everything that needed to be fixed as if he didn’t just promise me to have this stuff taken care of two days ago. And told me “we’ll see what we can do and give you a call back” and you guessed it, that’s call never came. I texted my salesman directly and he left me on read and stopped taking my calls. I called the office every single day asking for managers and keep being told someone would call me back.. here we are six weeks later and I FINALLY get transferred to a manager just to be told “it’s been more than 30days so I can’t help you.” Second red flag: First they wanted 5k down for the car I wanted and I didn’t have it all up front and after spending 4.5 hours at the dealership they told me “for your inconvenience we’ll take 2k down”. And of course I was happy about that but the next day the salesman calls me and tells me “when the bank calls you and ask you how much you put down just lie and say you put 5k down” like excuse me?!?!?”

“Great vehicle and phenomenal salesman in David. A very charismatic and courteous man. However the management refused to lower the dealer fees of $1999 which they claimed is for services down to the vehicle like cleaning, oil changes etc. impossible because the next day vehicle had bugs 🐞 all over. I had to go to Home Depot and fumigate the vehicle twice because my wife was petrified. The previous owner was a slob and did not keep a clean vehicle. It’s hard to fathom $1999 for work that was not performed. Disappointed. Other then that the vehicle drives excellent and again our salesman was not to blame as he is only doing his job to get the vehicle sold not to clean it that’s management’s responsibility. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fees and the roaches.”
