Jake provided excellent service. I came in with a tire issue on my 2025 Ram truck, and he clearly showed me the damage and explained my options. He walked me through the Sunbit process, making it easy to purchase four new tires. He also arranged a rental vehicle while my truck was being serviced. I truly appreciate his professionalism and helpfulness. I’ll definitely continue doing business with Posner and Stephanie. It’s great to know Jake is there overseeing everything and stepping in when needed.

Worse experience ever!! I have been a Ram guy since 2002. 5 Rams since 2002. Unfortunately, my 2023 Ram engine went bad at 38k. Oil changes at 3k but for some reason, metals inside the engine. Took 2 days for them to give me a rental after the lady from the service department told me she didn't knew if it was under warranty. After 2 days, she called me and gave me a rental. The rental guy(From the same dealership) the most dishonest person I have deal with in my life. VERY rude and a liar from day one. He told me not to worry, everything was going to be good. No worries from small scratches and or small door dents. When they call me to exchange to another vehicle, THE RENTAL guy was trying to CHARGE me from some small dirt on the back Dirt, not dents or scratches. I told him no because that was dirt. He was upset and told me not to give him attitude which I told him Im not giving any attitude but defending my pocket. Very Very Unprofessional. He gave me another vehicle and told me he wasn't going to check it out, that I could do it myself. (What a service). Service lady told.me they were going to replace the engine but I needes to.pay 198.00 for a water Pump. Even though the warranty paper said water pump was cover, I agree to go ahead and move on with the fix. After 6 1/2 weeks, they call me. Went to return the renal and guess what, Rental Guy again, Spanish dude with a giant attitude, he came out and told me why I told the service person that I he was rude,which I told him because he was. He left mumbling. Me as a business owner, he's Very bad for business. Anyways, took my Ram home without checking it and when I got home, noise coming out the engine area. The 200 dollar an hr mechanic didn't check the seal on the EGR and obviously, air was coming out. Went back and RENTAL GUY again very upset he had to find me another rental, guy maybe hate his job. Service manager, very very professional and polite check my truck, apologize and again, very professional took the truck again until next day. I took the truck back and went straight to Starling Chevrolet and got me a 2026 Silverado just because I didn't trust the job they did and Honestly, I didn't want to deal with them again. They never charge me the $198.00, but, they never change the water pump either. I Wonder what else they recycle after having metals on an engine. Very sad becauseI still love Ram Trucks. This is what bad employees do to business, little by little they drive their customers away. That's a Shame!!!

Joe is absolutely amazing. I explained to him what I was looking for and he was able to get me a great deal without breaking a sweat! The goat of sales, no one better ! Definitely the guy I’m going to for future purchases as well !
