Not only got me into a used vehicle but was able to have me change car insurance and lowered that also. Thanks Michaud Mitsubishi for excellent customer service going above and beyond.”

“I purchased my third vehicle from Michaud Mitsubishi today 2/14/2026. The following 4 gentlemen at Michaud Mitsubishi worked as a team hand & hand to get me financed in my new Mitsubishi Mirage G4. Zach Michaud, Bill Murphy, Travis Benner & Paul Jodoin made my buying experience a pleasure. This is a family run business and when I tell you they truly make your purchasing experience a joy. Nothing is rushed. They explain everything to you and truly made me feel relaxed and unstressed. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Zach Michaud has always made me feel like family and that is why I am a third time repeat customer. He even went out of his way to throw in some extras for me that clearly another dealership would never do. Travis Benner in sales, is a top notch gentleman and made sure to take all his time to show me how to work all the bells and whistles in my vehicle. He wanted to make certain before I left the dealership I knew how to work everything in my car. I can’t say enough about Bill Murphy & Paul Jodoin. They are the one’s that went far and beyond the call of duty to help me get financed. They are so funny and kind that I was taken back with their wonderful demeanor. All 4 of these gentlemen truly cared about me as a person, not just a customer. Another crucial and important selling point is there amazing service & parts department for your overall maintenance after your purchase. Paul in the service department, whom has been servicing my vehicles for years has always been there for me, without hesitation with any issues I may have had in keeping my vehicles running in tip top condition. Great service dept with Michaud Mitsubishi was another great selling point for me and Mark in parts has always gotten me any accessories or parts I may have needed with all my cars. With all this said, why on earth would I ever trust my business with any other dealership, where your clearly just a number to them. So if you’re looking for a great car buying experience, from start to finish trust your business with Michaud Mitsubishi. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I recently purchased my second vehicle from Michaud Mitsubishi and I could not be any happier. Everything was perfect. I love this dealership. Everybody is friendly and professional. It really feels like doing business with family.
Our sales representative, George Kastrinakis, is outstanding! His product knowledge is great. This coupled with his fine communication skills and patience made the car selection and purchase process very easy and enjoyable. I never felt pressured or rushed. At time of delivery George spent as much time with me as I needed in order to take full advantage of the features of my new Outlander. He really is a customer focused individual with a warm and caring personality.
I strongly recommend Michaud Mitsubishi and George Kastrinakis.”

“I’ve had a hard year with a lot of sudden changes, so when my car lease was coming to an end, it felt like more stress, more change, and more loss. It wasn’t an easy task for me to figure out, but a necessary and timely one. I’m grateful that I was able to work with George Kastrinakis for a second time, though.
George first helped me two years ago, when I was first matched with my 150lb Great Dane service dog, Fred. Back then I had a little Subaru Impreza that I loved, but it was comically small with Fred and my son struggling for space in the back seat. I knew I had to upgrade to a much larger vehicle, and after quite a bit of research, I selected a Mitsubishi Outlander. George just happened to have been my salesman that first time around. It was an easy and joyous process, and he helped me fall in love with Outlanders.
As the end of that lease was coming, George reached out to go over my options. I was feeling down, and anxious, and a bit sad about losing my car that I had grown to love— but I knew I didn’t have a choice. Another lease was going to be my best option all around financially, and I was out of time.
When I met with George last week, I was in a hard place. My PTSD and depression symptoms had been flaring up. I had been up for several nights struggling with insomnia, and I wasn’t the typical, smiling customer as I tried to hold myself together in public. Even without knowing the full story, George knew that I was going through something, and he handled our time together with great care and gentleness.
We went through all of my options— and I mean all of them— before deciding on the best fit. I had gone into that appointment feeling alone in my decision, but George was right there with me. He didn’t push me or try to upsell me, even when he had a clear chance to. On the contrary, he weighed the pros and cons with me between a few options, and helped me find the best fit for me— both for necessity (size with Fred) and financially.
George was also attentive to Fred. He checked in about water for him, and helped get the test-ride ready by putting the back seats down for him so he could comfortably ride along.
The entire office was warm, welcoming, and respectful. I received kindness at every turn, and even though I was exhausted and emotional, I was immensely grateful for the easy experience.
Now I’m home with Fred, my son, and the peace of mind of a brand new vehicle— another Outlander.
Thank you George Kastrinakis, Bill Murphy, and Mr Michaud for your kindness, your help, and your attentiveness.
I will be back.
-Dani”
