“Service department is not the best. They have their records and their oil change stickers don’t match. Also when I was looking to buy a car the long haired gray haired sales man said I would never I would get what was offered for my trade in, wouldn’t even entertainment it. In the past two years three people I know refused to go buy a car at Ira because of the way I was treated. Would not recommend any aspect of this dealership. I just canceled my service appointment because their service department don’t seem to have their act together.”
