“I was in Ira Lexus last month to get a transmission flush and diagnose a highway speed vibration. The tech determined that I had a few defective tires. Ryan “Remi” Garcia was my service advisor and took the time to describe what was going on. I went back to the shop that sold me the tires and got 4 new tires. Unfortunately I had the same vibrations even after a high speed balance. I went back to Ira Lexus and saw Remi. He remembered me from the month prior and listened to my issue. We agreed that another Road Force Balance was needed to determine if we have a rim/tire issue or something else. Remi came out to the lounge several times to update me. I’m someone who loves data and info. He picked up on that immediately and was phenomenal with the communication. Turned out the road force machine solved my issue. I met the tech, who was a great person and very knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. I also want to give a hat tip to “Tommy” the valet man.
