“BEWARE! I purchased my QX60 Autograph from another local dealership the end of February, 2026 and it was in meticulous condition. I scheduled a service appointment with Bruce Bennett Infiniti of Danbury for the end of March, 2026 and provided a detailed description—along with iPhone video footage—of infotainment and camera system issues.
Later that day, Service Advisor (Lexi) contacted me and stated they “could not duplicate the problems” and asked me to pick up my vehicle. When I reviewed the service order, I discovered several of the issues I reported were not documented at all, and the ones that were included were inaccurately described. According to the service order, the only action taken was a code scan. When I asked whether they had checked for software updates or technical service bulletins, I was met with a dismissive and rude response from another advisor “I’m pretty sure they checked” and “you can go somewhere else if you’d like.”
I requested to speak with a supervisor and after a discussion with Service Director, Sam Asmar, he provided his cell phone number, a courtesy car and an apology. While I was leaving, he remarked that he had been brought up from So. Carolina because the service department was, in his words, “a (f-word) disaster.”
I was told they opened a case with Infiniti and were waiting to hear back.
Eleven (11) days later, again I was told they “could not duplicate” the issues and was asked to pick up my vehicle and return the loaner with a full tank of gas—which I did. When I received my car back, it was in unacceptable condition:
- 221 additional miles on the odometer (and 221 miles closer to the end of the 60k mile warranty)
- Gas tank empty (was full when I brought it in)
- A gouged wheel
- A new scraping noise over bumps
- Food particles, french fries, beverage condensation marks throughout the front cabin
- A Dunkin’ Donuts bag left on the floor
- Dead insects covering the front of the vehicle and windshield
- User profile (“Lisa”) added to the system
The service department closed as I was leaving so I immediately pulled into a parking lot to photograph and document everything, including the “mileage out”, which they had conveniently recorded as unchanged from the “mileage in” on the service order. I sent the photos to Service Director, Sam Asmar, via text message requesting to speak with him. Sam's text message response was "I'm sorry for the late response”, “My uncle passed a way yesterday so I'm not thinking right", "I'm so sorry for everything.”, “I promise you I owe you a full wash". Sam did not respond to me further.
I called the following morning and requested to speak with the General Manager. The receptionist refused to provide his last name stating “you don’t need his last name”, placed me on hold without notice twice, and attempted to redirect me to a sales manager instead.
My calls (2) went ignored so my fiancé called to speak with the General Manager several days later and the receptionist, without notice, transferred his call to the service department instead. The woman who answered the phone in the service department asked my fiancé why he wanted to speak to the GM so my fiancé provided a brief explanation and she placed him on hold. When she returned to the call, she told my fiancé that Sam Asmar (the Service Director) said that he and the GM will have us charged with harassment and trespassing if we ever call again.
We then discovered that the General Manager, Ibrahim ASMAR and the Service Director, Sam ASMAR share the SAME LAST NAME which speaks volumes.
Bruce Bennett Infiniti of Danbury has made it abundantly clear that I have no choice but to pursue all available legal and administrative remedies.
This experience reflects an extreme and serious lack of ethics, integrity, professionalism, communication, respect and care for customer property. I would strongly caution others to stay far, far away from Bruce Bennett Infiniti of Danbury/Danbury Infiniti.”

“Was very disappointed with my experience. Looking for a vehicle is already stressful and overwhelming but to have to constantly call and get ignored just to get an answer as to if they can work with you or not is beyond frustrating. Praying they do better for the next person. Even if unable to work something out financially with someone doesn’t mean you just ignore them completely, communicate that you are unable to assist and move on.”

“I came in nervous and unsure if I'd even leave with a car, but Kyle Lovett really took care of me and my kids. He's genuine, down to earth, and truly works hard to help you. The process felt smooth and comfortable, and I left feeling happy and confident. Highly recommend this place -- and definitely ask for Kyle!”

“I had a very disappointing experience working with Mohammed and would not recommend him for anyone looking to buy a car. From the start, I was upfront about my credit situation and made it clear that while my credit isn’t perfect, I have the income to comfortably afford payments. Instead of taking the time to explore possible options, he quickly rushed me over the phone and immediately insisted that I needed a co-signer, without considering any alternatives.
It felt like my situation wasn’t truly evaluated, and no real effort was made to work with me. When I followed up later about potentially having my mother as a co-signer, it became even more clear that the focus wasn’t on helping me find a solution—it was about pushing a sale under his terms.
Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. I walked away feeling like my time was wasted and that my financial situation wasn’t respected. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want someone who will actually listen and work with you.”

“Our experience with Bruce Bennett Infiniti of Danbury was by for par excellence. This was our third dealership of the day and third test drive in our search for a Mercedes GLC 300 for my wife to replace her old ML 350.
Aras met us at the door and took good care of us throughout the test drive, he answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the car, including providing us with a detailed history of the car's Carfax and maintenance.
We were very tired being that it was our third attempt, and test driving all day with a 6 year old isn't easy, but Aras kept our daughter entertained and gave us the confidence we needed to move ahead with the purchase. My wife normally keeps cars for ten years before replacing them so we are very thorough in our choice.
The entire team at Bruce Bennett was fantastic, the numbers we talked about and entire deal was very transparent with no hidden fees.
Within three hours of our arrival my wife was driving her new car home.
We are delighted with our car and Bruce Bennett is lucky to have Aras and the team of professionals!”
