“BUYERS BE WARNED! I bought a so called certified pre owned vehicle from this dealership and it turned into a nightmare the moment I drove off the lot. Within hours the car showed serious problems. I took it to an independent mechanic and was told it needs multiple thousands of dollars in repairs. The suspension is completely cooked. The AC does not work at all. This vehicle should never have been sold as certified under any standard. To make it worse the advertised 5 year warranty is essentially nonexistent. Once the sale was complete the support disappeared and suddenly nothing was covered. Calls go unanswered and accountability vanished. This feels like a textbook bait and switch. Selling a vehicle as certified when it clearly was not inspected or reconditioned properly is unacceptable. If you value your time money and sanity take this as a warning. Get an independent inspection before buying anything here or better yet go somewhere honest.”

“I purchased a 2016 Buick Enclave for my wife on December 23rd late in the evening. It took my wife two weeks before actually driving the vehicle because the school counselor was on Christmas break. When she went back to work and drove the vehicle she noticed a couple things wrong with the vehicle. I called and left a message and Derek the finance manager reached out to me a couple of times showing outstanding customer service and satisfaction and afyer speaking with him his primary objective was to see how he could take care of me the customer. He recommended a place that you definitely should not judge based on the cover. Muhammad and his crew wasted no time to get my wife car taken care of and communicated on a regular basis on the task he completed and what task was still outstanding. I would recommend Eone solely based upon the products they have to offer and the customer service that Derek provides customers even after the sales is complete.”
