“Great experience overall. I have always been a Chevrolet guy and have owned chevys my entire life. Due to all the motor and transmission issues with Chevrolet, I decided to look at ford as the 5.0 reviews are great overall. I stopped in at ford of Dalton and the staff was very helpful and great overall to deal with. I have always been skeptical of car salesmen but Manuel Guzman was fantastic. Not pushy at all. I told him my situation and what I planned to do. He was very helpful in finding the right vehicle without trying to push me into something. I always said I would never buy a new vehicle because I didn’t want to take the initial hit but due to all the problems with vehicles across all brands now days I decided to go with new for the warranty. I now have my very first brand new vehicle sitting in my driveway and it’s not a Chevrolet. Planning on doing business with this dealership in the future due to the experience here. Thanks guys”
