“I just purchased my first new car and I had no idea what to expect going in. I walked into the dealership only knowing I wanted a Subaru. Robert Scarff approached me and was so kind and helped me figure out what it was that I was looking for. He was very patient and selected a few cars to test drive that he thought suited my wants/needs. I never once felt pressured into buying and he was incredibly respectful. When I decided to purchase, he guided me through the process to make sure everything was seamless. I was incredibly appreciative of this as I knew nothing about purchasing a car! At the end of it all, he had the most thoughtful gift/card waiting in the passenger seat of my new car for me! I am so incredibly thankful that Robert approached me that day. “Couldn’t recommend Sewell Subaru of Dallas any more than a 12 out of 10. Quinn Tolson handled my experience over at Sewell with grace and in depth details. He made the whole experience of purchasing my very first ever car the best experience ever. Quinn was very understanding of my situation and even offered lots of advice on what other options I had but ultimately made my choice on the Impreza sport we had initially spoke about, and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way!! Quinn was the most transparent and concise person I have ever had the pleasure to speak with at a dealership!”

“This Subaru dealership is definitely in the top 3 I’ve visited. They have an awesome service department. The service department lounge is quite accommodating, they have tons of free drink options ranging from water to coffee to soda. They had some random snacks. Their WiFi was fast and their seating was comfortable. Overall if you need service done to your car this place makes your wait fly by with small the free perks.”

“I had a great experience working with Paul Harding when looking to purchase a used Subaru Outback. It wasn’t the car I was originally intending to buy, but due to life doing what life does best, I found myself starting from square one trying to buy a different vehicle.
For perspective, my family (parents mostly) has been purchasing vehicles from the Sewell family of dealerships since we moved here in 2002, and a huge part of that has to do with the sheer level of customer service and follow through from the dealerships. Even when buying a used car from them for the first time (most of our previous vehicles purchased from Sewell were new) I was met with the same level of service and care that we’ve come to expect, regardless of who we spoke to or worked with previously.
The levels Sewell goes to ensure every vehicle that leave their lot is serviced to the Nth degree before leaving instills confidence that has proven rare to find, especially if you’ve shopped elsewhere for a used vehicle lately.
They also work incredibly quickly to ensure you get the best fit for you if financing is the route you choose to go. I did a bit of groundwork on my own ahead of time to shop different rates, and they were able to quickly find lenders without prepayment penalties to match or surpass the rate I already had.
Very pleased with the service as a whole. If you’ve never considered looking at Sewell for a new or used vehicle before, I can’t recommend you give them a shot enough. My boy Paul will take great care of you, as will the rest of the staff.”
