My husband and I recently purchased a 2022 Buick Encore GX from Sewell Buick GMC, and we couldn't be happier with our experience - all thanks to the marvelous Katie Austen! We showed up on a busy Saturday morning without an appointment, and Katie greeted us right away. Right off the bat, she was incredibly genuine and never once felt pushy or "salesy." When we went for a test drive, she was completely transparent about a weak battery and assured us Sewell would replace it with a brand-new one before anyone took the car home. True to her word, while we were filling out the paperwork, the car was already in service getting a fresh battery installed. Katie anticipated every need we had before we even realized we had it! One of my favorite parts about Sewell was the seamless process. At other dealerships, you're constantly shuffled around from room to room and department to department. Katie handled everything right from her desk, making the entire buy smooth, comfortable, and low-stress. On top of that, their coffee bar and snack station absolute kicked butt (crucial for an early Saturday morning!).
