“If you can avoid this dealership, please do! Poor service...Terrible experience!!! Original wait time was 2 hours... it took 4 hours to finish a basic oil change and inspection. I called after two hours and was ignored by my service guy (Escalera).Then, I called every 30 minutes, and he never picked up or replied my texts. I called the shuttle service my own to be picked up and wait there till it was ready... also ignored by the lady on the service line. And, you will get a complementary car wash for the same price!!! Photo below... Finally, they finished... guess what... there is an hour wait to be picked up on the shuttle service. And, it starts when the guy calls me, not when I called to request the pick up. Their service is not cheap, but you are not getting what you paid for... What could have been a two hour process, end up being over 5 hours... for a basic oil change, nothing else was done... really?”
