“Me and my husband got our 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee with North Dallas CDJR on March. A huge thanks to Edu for helping us find our Jeep with the specific trim and features we really wanted. He went above and beyond into finding us our Grand Cherokee, he was very helpful and made us feel heard in what we were specifically asking for. The manager John here was also very welcoming for the couple times we came to visit this dealership. He greeted us as we were coming inside and during our purchase or any negotiations, he’d make sure we were doing great. We had gone to the one in the Frisco location but the staff was extremely rude to both me and my husband. We’re really glad overall we got our Jeep with Edu and at this location. Edu was very friendly, supportive, and professional throughout assisting us with our purchase. We’re so happy with our Jeep Grand Cherokee and we’re still enjoying it!! “Flew down from kansas city to buy an audi s5, no mention of this massive scratch on the trunk. Leaking fluids, low tire pressure light lit up on the dash. That was all after they tried to charge me 1200$ for a "protection package" which is just a dealing fee. Had to call several times to get my 500$ deposit back. All around horrible experience. Now the vehicle is back up on their site 2 days later with no mention of the issues. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with these people.”
