“I went to the dealership on Saturday and was torn between a car and a suv After purchasing the car, I went home slept on it and realized that I indeed needed a suv to accommodate my personal needs. I returned to the dealership the following Monday in hopes to return the car and get another car that was listed on the website. (2024 Toyota Rav 4 for 26k.) When I arrived I was told the only pre owned one available was well over 31k My financial institution told me over the phone that the check was not cashed yet and I could return to the dealership, retrieve the check and once I returned it to the branch they would re-issue another check that would cover the cost of the suv I saw online Sunday morning. They DIDNOT want to give me back the check and said it was already cashed. Then they said the value of my car decreased by 4k when I drove it off the lot 2 days prior! Crazy!!!! I believe I was taken advantage of and the agents DIDNOT want to do the paperwork and gave me no choice but to leave with a car I DIDNOT want. I never knew it was a crime to change your mind on something 24-48 later. Never had this issue at other lots and I wouldnt suggest anyone go to this location. I’m very disappointed. I have no use for this car.”
