“Im taking the time to do this review just because my service advisor Grecia Mejia gave such an amazing service! Impecable!
Grecia Mejia went above and beyond. I know it was a team effort because every time she said I will get the mechanic to do this and send it to you she did it in a timely manner and very efficiently! She was accommodated my needs and I ended up spending almost $1,000 in maintenance. I knew I could have gotten it done somewhere else for cheaper, but the quality of the service made all the difference for me. The man that picked up my car ( a Hispanic older man) was so sweet and nice too!. I already have scheduled my next appointment for next month. Please tell Grecia MejĂa I said thank you! I will be your loyal customer.”

“Always seem to get good, reliable service at Goodson.
Usually request Khang Nguyen as my service advisor and have always been happy with him.
In addition to the B12 service, I noticed on the wall they advertised “minor” wheel repair for $150. Having just scraped a curb, I had some pretty deep, visible scratches that I assumed would mean body work or even a new wheel. I wasn’t expecting perfection for $150, but that’s what I ended up getting. I can no longer see or feel where the scratches were! I wish I would have taken a “before” photo along with the attached “after”.
As I was leaving, Khang saw some paint on my rear view mirror from where I hit my garage door gasket. He got some solvent and a cloth and removed that for me too.”

“This was my one of the go to trusted Acura dealerships but looks like it’s fading slowly.
My car was missing the entire splash shield hilly Acura quoted me $45
After Goodson acura inspection they said I need a new cabin air filter when it was replaced 2 week ago and wanted $468.97 for the entire splash shield and I didn’t see any bend brackets I asked hilly Acura and they couldn’t find that as well.
Also they said I need new rear tieres but it was not the case too.”

“I took my 2020 Acura TLX to Goodson Acura of Dallas for a recall repair in late October 2025. Less than two weeks later, the car suddenly stalled in traffic on the Bypass Bridge during morning rush hour — a terrifying experience. I had just had surgery and was still recovering, and the vehicle completely shut off with no warning.
When I brought it back, the same service advisor who handled my recall told me I’d have to pay $205 for a diagnostic. I couldn’t believe it — the issue happened right after their work. I ended up waiting for hours with no clear answers.
I expected more care, communication, and safety awareness from an Acura dealership. What happened left me shaken and disappointed. I’m sharing this because no customer should feel unsafe after a recall repair.”

“Courtney was a true professional, great communicator, empathetic and sincere.
We have bought three cases in the last few months and we have noticed most dealers try to add in back ended fees (Reconditioning fees, ICON, Family Plan). Acura Goodson was transparent, stood by their word from the very beginning, and gave us the best value.”
