“Be very careful at this place. Might as well be a buy here pay here dealership. They sold me a truck with missing lugs on bald tires. Had to spend $2,000 on all new tires. They bribed me with $125 originally to leave a good review for the missing lugs. I drove it home that night so the issues I stated to them they couldn’t do anything about which I live 2 hours away. I fixed the cracked door issue noise myself because they said they couldn’t find the issue there. I had a mass air flow sensor problem and they said they couldn’t touch it. Do NOT trust any used car from this place even with a platinum extended warranty. They acknowledged all the issues coming from their location but was told that’s the price you pay for getting a used vehicle. So I got scammed. Don’t get scammed yourself. After being offered a loaner and their ability to look into it they declined to offer the tow and wanted me to pay for a tow truck two hours to their location. Sadly I feel this tow bill should have been their responsibility as they knowingly knew of the issues the day of and after purchase. They failed. If they offered to tow I would take them up on their offer as I told them it was deemed UNSAFE to drive per manufacturer dealership techs told me for my safety. Lastly I had some remaining belongings they said they would ship to me. They forgot. Then I reminded them. They shipped them to a different address. I contacted fed ex to make sure the address confirmation and fed ex said this dealership shipped it to a completely different address. I contacted the dealership about this issue multiple times but they refuse to answer me back about my belongings”
