“I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Honda Passport thanks to Jeff and KD. From start to finish, they made the entire process incredibly easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. Jeff and KD were transparent, responsive, and made sure every question was answered along the way. Their professionalism and customer service truly stood out. I couldn’t be happier with my new Passport and highly recommend working with Jeff and KD if you’re in the market for a vehicle. Thanks again for making this such a great experience!”

“Whistleblower: Timeline of Miscommunication, Delayed Warranty Filing & Inconsistent Diagnosis (ALL CONVERSATIONS HAVE BEEN RECORDED) Review: I’m documenting my experience in detail so other customers can protect themselves. This involves the service department at Freeman Honda. Saturday (April 19, 2026) I called to ask what I needed to do to bring my vehicle in under my extended warranty. My car was shutting off, not cranking reliably, and when boosted all warning lights and systems would trigger. I explained my urgency (I have multiple deadlines and my daughter’s prom coming up). I was told: * Bring the car in Monday at 7:00 AM * I could get a loaner * They would confirm my warranty and proceed accordingly Monday (April 20, 2026 – 7:00 AM) I arrived as instructed. I was then told: * No loaners were available * I could not receive a loaner until after diagnosis This directly contradicted what I was told Saturday. My service advisor, Juan Acosta, told me the diagnostic would be completed by 12:00–1:30 PM. I also asked to speak to a manager and was told he was the manager, which I later learned was not accurate. Monday (April 20 – 1:30 PM) I followed up via the text line I was told I could use—no response. I then called. I was told: * The technician believed the issue was related to cosmetic front-end damage * That a hole in the headlight was allowing water intrusion I asked directly: “Did you see water or corrosion on the BCM?” I was told: “No, there are no notes showing that.” Despite that, they were already suggesting that damage was the cause. I was told I would receive a callback in about 1–1.5 hours. I never received that call. Tuesday (April 21, 2026) After nearly 24 hours with my vehicle in their possession, I still had: * No confirmed diagnosis * No written technician notes * No photos * No updates unless I reached out I contacted them again due to lack of communication. I was told: “We’re still at the same diagnosis.” Despite: * No documented evidence * No confirmation of water or corrosion Major Concerns * I requested from day one that this be processed under my warranty * I was repeatedly discouraged from filing a claim and told it would likely be denied before one was even submitted * The diagnosis has been inconsistent (no water/corrosion → later claims of water intrusion) * There were no detailed technician notes to support the conclusion * The estimate bundled unrelated repairs (such as headlight replacement) with the BCM issue * I experienced delayed responses and unreturned calls * I was told someone was a manager who was not Bottom Line I brought my vehicle in for an electrical failure and to use a warranty I’ve been paying for. Instead, I received: * Inconsistent explanations * Delayed communication * Lack of documentation * Pressure away from using my warranty I have now escalated this to Honda Corporate for review. Advice to Other Customers * Request written documentation and technician notes * Ask for photos and proof of any claimed cause * Ensure your warranty claim is actually submitted * Do not rely solely on verbal explanations This experience has been extremely frustrating and disruptive. I expect transparency, proper diagnostic procedures, and clear communication—none of which were consistently provided. I am documenting everything and will continue to escalate this matter until it is properly addressed.”

“Worse HONDA dealership I been. Not only do they lie about everything but, if you wake up early to drop off the vehicle at 7 am you would expect they would have enough time for a recall, well they not only do not call you back to tell you how the vehicle progress is going, but they never call you at all. Then when you pick up your vehicle at 4 pm they tell you everything is fine and your car is ready and washed, just to find out the car is abandoned outside on the curb side with a lot of tree branches and leaves all over your vehicle not washed and to make things worse I open my car just to find out the detail accessories I placed inside my vehicle are damaged and taken off and no one knows anything about it. THE SERVICE TECH THAT GOES BY THE NAME LAZARO, Is not just the worse service personal I have seen in my life but not man enough to tell you the truth up front. They should do an internal investigation on the whole department and fire anyone who is not competent starting with LAZARO! And I have pictures to prove everything my statement says.”
