Freeman Honda service dept. is the best. I've been driving for 53 years and my service manager (Lazaro) keeps my car and the wife's car in excellent running condition. He is the best service manager I've ever had. I would recommend Freeman Honda to anyone who wants their vehicle in tip top condition. We're customers for life.

I had a flat tire when I came out of work around 4:00 PM, so I called the dealership and spoke with Lazaro. He told me that service closed at 6:00 PM and that I should be fine to come in without an appointment. When I arrived, a young man in the service bay told me that I needed to be there by 5:00 PM. He went to get Lazaro, but Lazaro then told me that I must have spoken to someone else who gave me his name. Instead of trying to help, he immediately wanted to confirm that I was planning to buy a new tire rather than repair it. When I mentioned that I might go to Discount Tire because I have a warranty with them, he suddenly had no interest in helping me any further. He simply said that I do not have a tire warranty with Honda. I mentioned that I believed I had purchased the additional tire warranty when I bought my vehicle, but he did not even offer to check my records. Instead, he added air to the tire and sent me on my way. This was one of the rudest service experiences I have had at this dealership. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and have purchased three Hondas from Freeman, starting with my first Honda there. I keep giving this dealership chances because it is close to my home, but unfortunately the customer service seems to get worse every time I visit. It is disappointing to see such a decline in service from a place I have supported for so many years. If I could have given a lower rating I sure would have done so!!!!!

Worse HONDA dealership I been. Not only do they lie about everything but, if you wake up early to drop off the vehicle at 7 am you would expect they would have enough time for a recall, well they not only do not call you back to tell you how the vehicle progress is going, but they never call you at all. Then when you pick up your vehicle at 4 pm they tell you everything is fine and your car is ready and washed, just to find out the car is abandoned outside on the curb side with a lot of tree branches and leaves all over your vehicle not washed and to make things worse I open my car just to find out the detail accessories I placed inside my vehicle are damaged and taken off and no one knows anything about it. THE SERVICE TECH THAT GOES BY THE NAME LAZARO, Is not just the worse service personal I have seen in my life but not man enough to tell you the truth up front. They should do an internal investigation on the whole department and fire anyone who is not competent starting with LAZARO! And I have pictures to prove everything my statement says.
